In addition to many other strange things, Ballard C. Boyd plays the ukulele. And taking a cue from singer/songwriter Stuart Davis, when asked “When will you do a Christmas album?” and having him reply “I’ve done nothing BUT CHRISTMAS ALBUMS!”, Ballard decided to do just that. So for two consecutive years, Ballard has recorded a new all-ukulele, all-Christmas album for friends and family, in lieu of actually spending any money on people.
And NOW, the brand-new 2007 ukulele Christmas album “Christmas With U” is finished and available for FREE to download. Listen to any track right in your browser, just by clicking, or right-click on links like this one to download the entire thing and it’ll drop right into iTunes, no problem. Enjoy new songs including the always-topical-for-the-season “Don’t Know Much ‘Bout Hanukkah” and others. Lots of kazoos too.

Not available in any store (because Ballard has none of the rights, except for about three songs he wrote), you can download not only all the albums, but original cover art by designer Pete Holm, print it out yourself and impress your whole family.
