Hey, folks! Do you like abrasive, dissonant, a-tonal electronic Christmas music? Sure you do! Well, here’s exactly what you’re looking for…

You may be saying to yourself now: “Ballard, didn’t we already pass Christmas?” Well, it’s actually the seventh day of Christmas right now, so SHOVE IT. But related, here’s something for this year’s Christmas early. Recently my friend Forest Fisher was around for the holidays, when I handed Forest this year’s ukulele christmas album, I joked with him “when are you going to do a Christmas album with Lee, man? Dude, EVERYBODY’S doing one! Everybody! Let’s hear it, man, do it!” Well, he and Lee Noble trumped me on the 28th, just after Christmas, by showing up at my door with this record: A Drum Machine Christmas.

They knocked it out in six hours, which really beat my recording time by 20 minutes. And here it is available for you, for downloading for free. Sweet Jesus, that’ll show me to be cocky about Christmas albums. Anyone can crank one out! It’s the American way. Hope y’all enjoy. And seriously - in my face, Forest. In my face.
