I just found out that the first full week of September (2nd-7th), including Labor Day and it’s weekend, is National Waffle Week. And how do I know this? Because it’s completely marked out on the Waffle House calendar I have over my desk. Thank you, Waffle House, for keeping me informed. Awesome.
