It’s Week 12 - the last week of the program, and we’ve made it the whole way. Kelsey is in her last week, and Dave has finished up as of this week, since Kels and I added a week in order to account for some sickness. I had my best day TO DATE for chest and arms, really going all out, since this is the home stretch. Everything goes into this week, since it’s the very end. And it’s neat to see the same motivations and challenges that I’ve been using in the last burst minutes of intensity in cardio all these weeks, manifest itself into the actual whole last week of training all together. Pretty exciting.

So here we are home stretch. I’ll be reporting in with final stats and “after” photos just after the finish line on Sunday, but in the meantime, since I got excited at my progress tonight and how far I pushed (right to failure for a few muscle groups - which takes some effort), here’s a photo of my arms, after the jump, since I’m proud.

Check it. I can smash your whole family’s cars. All of them. Final results next week. We’ll see how I did with those goals. And what happens after this.
